This unit is 3 levels with the main living area located on the 2nd floor and bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Offering 3 large balconies, 2 with comfortable furnishings that include: lounge chairs, a dining table with four chairs, a bistro table and, both decks are finished off with colorful umbrellas in case you need a break from the sun. It's the perfect setting to kick back and relax with a cup of coffee while enjoying the sunrise off the Master Bedroom or Living Room deck. Or, grab your favorite beverage while checking out the boats, dolphins, sunsets and all kinds of fun water activities. Additionally, there is a large deck on the bottom level, complete with a spacious, circular couch and table. From here, you can walk down to the beach just a few steps away. The unit is spacious with a fully stocked Kitchen that includes a balcony with views of the pool. Direct views of the water from the tastefully decorated Living Room which has a couch, love seat, coffee table and large TV. A guest Bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combination rounds out the main floor. The Main Bedroom offers a King Bed, plenty of closet space and a balcony with views of the water. The 2nd Bedroom also offers plenty of closet space and a Queen Bed. The 2nd Bathroom with shower / tub combination is also located on the 3rd floor. This unit is conveniently located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and an easy walk to restaurants, fishing and night life. There is a queen size air mattress with sheets in the Guest Bedroom if you require extra sleep accommodations.

No pets allowed. If we find that a pet stayed without pre-approval, security deposit will be forfeited. Maximum number of guests allowed at Sandcastle by the Sea is 6, if we find there were more than 6 guests, the extra fees will apply. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
